Pension facilities
For the accommodation are prepared 4 rooms with 8 beds ( 2x bedrooms with 2 beds, 1x bedroom with 3 beds, 1x bedroom with 1 bed). Rooms are equipped with comfortable furniture, are spacious and cozy. Further, 2 bathrooms with bath, shower and washing machine, 2 x WC, fitted kitchen, microwave oven, cooking on the ceramic, kettle, fridge freezer, dining room, WiFi, TV on every room.
There is also a garden and a fireplace (with grill grate). The villa is heated by gas central heating and is very well insulated. Hot water is heated by solar system and electric boilers.
Parking
You can use the large parking area at the house for both your car and motorcycles behind the lockable gate. Keep your wheels too.
Catering
You can use the kitchen in the apartment for preparation of meals or recommend to try Melnik restaurant, which is near a number.
Melnik is a wine region and has its own brand of wine. You can try both domestic wines as well as wines from other areas from Melnik wine bars, wine shops and cellars.

The royal dowry town of Melnik is a popular tourist center with many ancient monuments. In early historic times in Melnik stayed as Princess Ludmila , grandmother of Prince St. Wenceslas. We recommend a tour of the historic center of the castle , the Gothic church with known charnel-house and castle cellars. Visit Melnik Museum for a tour and definitely worth Melnik with historic underground passages and cellars, from which you get up in medieval well 70 m deep, which is located below the square. It is available to you nice summer pool ( 400 m from the house) and an indoor pool with sauna ( 500 m). The surrounding area has a history shrouded mountain Rip, Zimor valley , the castle Kokorin in a protected area Kokorinsko where you can visit and go through a series of romantic valley with sandstone rocks. Who likes history can visit the castle Nelahozeves and Veltrusy. By the Melnik castle you have a beautiful view of the junction of the Labe and Vltava and far into the mountain region Rip and Czech Central Highlands. Surroundings of Mělník also seek cyclists, bicycle path Polabská leads here. Satisfied will be also visitors who are interested in fitness , fishing , massage , tennis, etc. Those interested in the old waterworks can visit the locks on the canal on the Vltava.
Definitely worth for a visit is Melnik vintage. It takes place in late September and every visitor will find something on their own. It is possible to visit a number of concerts and entertainment events , children's attractions, you will see the historical procession of the emperor Charles IV., fireworks, the city is filled with a variety of stalls and it lasts all weekend.

Three minutes away is the shopping center Kaufland, Tesco - 1000 m etc. Melnik is accessible also by railway. From Prague you can arrive a number of bus routes. Prague bus stop is 400 m, public transport stop 200 m from the house.
The house is non-smoking, smoking is possible on the balcony or outside.
